To start:

Help yourself to freshly-squeezed orange juice, a range of yoghurts, home-made muesli, cereals, fresh fruit and delicious home-made bread.

Cooked to order:

• A bowl of piping hot porridge served with fresh fruit
• Grilled full English with finest quality back bacon, Sykes House Farm pork sausage and black pudding, tomato, mushrooms and Yorkshire farm eggs served fried, poached or scrambled
• Vegetarian English with tomato, mushrooms, fried bread, baked beans and your choice of fried, poached or scrambled eggs
• Luxurious Scottish smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, served with white or wholemeal toast
• Yorkshire cured ham with your choice of fried, poached or scrambled eggs
• Boiled eggs and white or wholemeal toast soldiers
• Beans on toast with two eggs, served fried, poached or scrambled
