A lovely base from to visit Harrogate. Very, very professional, excellent value. Fantastic breakfast. Easy walk to the town centre, where there are many great restaurants and shops. Parking is on the road outside the hotel, that’s fine.
Booked Grafton at short notice and very pleased we did. This is a modern clean and friendly establishment. Staff at reception and breakfast very happy and polite. Room clean and decorated to a modern style. Very comfy bed with great pillows, quiet location and only a 10 minute stroll to town centre. Breakfast was excellent (one of the best full Englishness I have had) with great eggs and trimmings. Do not hesitate in booking this great little place.

This B&B excelled in all respects, and with its size and availability of small lounge and bar, it felt more like a boutique hotel than a B&B.
The owners were charming and very helpful. The rooms were clean and high quality furnishings. Breakfast was simply superb, the owner’s mother’s date cake recipe is a must and the granola mix (home-made) the best I ever tasted!
With easy street parking outside and a simple 5-minute walk onto the main high street (and Bettie’s of course), this is a rest-over I can definitely recommend.
Me and my wife visited The Grafton as part of a short break to North Yorkshire. We booked into a superior room as we wanted to treat ourselves to something a little bit more luxurious. When we arrived we were able to park right outside the hotel and were promptly greeted. We arrived earlier than anticipated but they let us check into our room which was a real bonus! The room was spacious, comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. The decor of the hotel was distinctly boutique and the flowers around the hotel were amazing. The next day we went down for breakfast and it was very very good, we checked out and settled our balance which was quick and very straight forward. We would certainly book here again!
